Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client privacy

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with autism is a plus
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- First aid certification is desirable
- Direct support professional training is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
